Kunekune pigs are a mid-size, heritage breed originating in New Zealand, where they were traditionally kept by Māori communities. Known for their friendly, curious, and highly social nature, Kunekunes are often considered one of the easiest pig breeds to manage and are popular on small farms and homesteads. Raising Kunekune aligns with our regenerative farming goals through rotational grazing and supports our motto “slow grown tastes better.”
